List your handicraft business
GreenFlip is a cross-origin desk: a buyer comparing 12 origins and 50+ craft families lands here to work out where a product should be made, then who should make it. Applying puts your workshop in that comparison. Free to apply, and evidence-checked before anything about your terms is published.
Buyers choosing between origins
Across six buyer regions. Many arrive undecided on country, which is where a well-evidenced profile wins the brief.
Machine-readable once verified
Verified profiles publish wholesale structured data an AI sourcing agent can read. Unverified ones publish no terms at all — which is what makes the verified ones worth citing.
Specification-matched RFQs
Routed by craft, origin, and quantity band, so what reaches you is something you can actually quote.
Catalog inclusion
Curated PDF catalogs per origin, craft, and buyer persona.
From application to verified profile
Listing and verification are two separate stages, and we keep them separate on purpose. A profile only publishes MOQ, pricing, lead time, and certification claims — and only enters the search index — once each check below has been recorded with a date, a source, and the name of whoever performed it.
- 1
You apply — company profile, craft families, trade terms, and any certifications. About five minutes.
- 2
Moderation — we confirm the application is complete and plausible, usually within 3–5 business days. Your profile goes live at this point marked Pending, with the terms you supplied shown as unconfirmed.
- 3
Evidence checks — legal entity against the registry, control of your domain and email, a real production address, workshop or factory evidence, one buyer or peer reference, each listed certificate with its issuing body, and your commercial terms in writing. How fast this runs depends mostly on how quickly you can supply the documents.
- 4
Verified — the badge goes on, your terms and certificates publish, wholesale structured data is generated for AI sourcing agents, and the profile becomes indexable. Buyers can see exactly which checks were run and when.
- 5
Revalidation — every check expires after 12 months. We come back to you before it does; if a check lapses, the profile reverts to unverified until it is refreshed.

What we check, and what we publish
Each check is stored as a dated record naming what was seen and where. The evidence table is published on your profile, so a buyer in Hamburg or Dallas can repeat any check themselves rather than taking a badge on trust.
- Legal entity — registration number checked against the issuing registry in your jurisdiction
- Domain and email control — the business controls the domain we publish
- Physical address — a production or trading address that exists and matches the entity
- Production capability — workshop or factory evidence, not a trading claim
- Certifications — each one validated with its issuing body; a logo on a website is not proof
- Reference — one buyer or peer contacted and confirmed
- Commercial terms — MOQ, price, and lead time confirmed in writing before we publish them
A profile that has not cleared every applicable check stays visible for research but is marked accordingly, kept out of the search index, and publishes no commercial terms. Records we surfaced ourselves through public-web research, rather than through an application, carry a Sourced or Indicative label and are held to the same standard before they can advance.
